ActSoft Video Converter ActiveX allows you to easily convert video files between AVI, MPEG1, MPEG2, VCD, SVCD, VOB, WMV, and ASF formats. The program supports different all video/audio codecs installed on your system and can access the configuration dialogs (MPEG4, DivX, XviD, MPEG2). It integrates NTSC/PAL setting options for VCD, SVCD, and DVD exporting. You can change and adjust the size, frame rate, and bit rate of the output video. Additionally, it allows you to preview your video file during conversion.
